All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship all orders via Standard Ground Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) with an estimated delivery of 2–5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

Delays & Issues

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume. If your package is delayed or you have not received it within 10 business days, please contact us at gharkasaman.co and we'll make it right.

Welcome to Ghar Ka Saman! We are happy to deliver your home essentials to the following Queens ZIP codes:

The Basics:

• Minimum Order: $40.00

• Delivery Fee: $7.00 flat rate.

How Delivery Works:

• Our Window: Delivery is made between 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Mon-Sat).

• Tracking: We will notify you by text/email when your order is on the way.

Important Notes:

1. You Must Be Present

For security, someone must be present to accept your delivery. We do not leave packages unattended at doors or in building lobbies.

2. Order Changes

Changes (adding or removing items) are allowed before 2:00 PM at no cost. Modifications after 2:00 PM are subject to an additional fee.

3. Missed Delivery Fees

If no one is available to receive your order between 4 PM and 9 PM:

• Your order will be returned to our facility.

• You will be charged the original $7.00 fee + a $7.00 return fee ($14.00 total).

• A new $7.00 fee applies to reschedule a second delivery.
